Prohibited Species

There are certain breeds of animals that are prohibited to be bought and sold in Australia.

Due to the variations from State to State, each user should make their own enquiries as to which animals are prohibited from being listed on PetSale.com.au for sale.

PetSale.com.au holds zero tolerance for those who try to seek loop holes in regards to prohibited species.

PetSale.com.au will remove any advertisement and suspend the users account indefinitely with no prior notice to the seller if such an advertisement is placed.

All rules and regulations are set out in the Terms & Conditions agreed to when registering to advertise a pet.

Prohibited Dog Species

Dingo, Dog Argentino, Filo Brasileiro, Presa Canario, Japanese Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier or a cross breed or offspring of the aforementioned dogs (also a dog that is the subject of a restricted dog declaration).

If you believe you have found a listing of a prohibited species on PetSale.com.au.com.au please use the ‘contact us’ link at the base of this page to inform the administration team. This listing will then be investigated and cancelled if it is found that a prohibited species has been placed for sale.

A Breach of the ‘Prohibited Species Policy’ may result in listing cancellation, account suspension, warning notices, negative comments or legal action.

PetSale.com.au will support all legislation and assist in any investigation that may arise as a result of prohibited species. These Terms & Conditions are accepted upon entering the site for PetSale.com.au.com.au.

PetSale.com.au reserves the right to cancel, amend or remove any listing, link, or any prohibited content from this website, per Terms & Conditions set down by PetSale.com.au, should a breach of Terms & Conditions occur.
